Rising junior goaltender Vinnie Purpura is supposedly transferring from Boston University to Long Island University, according to Mark Divver and also College Hockey Information’ Mike McMahon. Purpura will certainly be part of the inaugural roster for the Sharks’ males’s hockey program, which LIU introduced in April.
